Younger sister of Mona’s Burgers & Roosters Peruvian Rotisserie was born to be the favorite of the beautiful city of Martinez, CA. We believed that a Burger should be masterfully crafted to represent who you are and what you stand for and, when representing something as powerful as the most popular food in America, we didn't want to outsource or cut corners on the creation process. While the rest of the world was caught up in chasing cost savings and cheap ingredients, we decided to make it damn-right.
Whatever the hang-ups, whatever the ingredients price, however long it takes, we make sure to get it right. Because we know we're not the only ones whose (cravings are) veins run with a damn good burger taste. Yowza!
